- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread (or white bread)
- 50 grams frozen Peas
- 1 sprig mint (to taste)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 200 grams reduced-fat cream cheese
- 12 slices smoked duck legs
- 16 leaves mint
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the peas in boiling salted water 8 minutes. Peel and press the garlic. Finely chop the mint. Puree the cream cheese, garlic, mint and peas in a blender and season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread. Briefly cook the duck breast and mint leaves in a hot oil in a frying pan and dry paper towels.
3.
Spread the puree on the bread and garnish with duck slices and mint leaves.
