Dismantling Cooked Lobster
Hold the cooked lobster at the breastplace and use the scissors to remove the claws from the body.
Remove the tail with the scissors at the joint.
Bend the head backwards and pull off.
Chop the claws with a heavy knife.
Use that heavy knife to chop the body from all sides, so that it breaks.
Break apart the body, loosen the meat and pull out.
Halve the tail.
Halve the head.
Pull out the intestine with fingers.
