1 generous pinch cinnamon
50 grams sugar
500 grams Cherries
500 grams clarified butter (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix egg, flour, sour cream, salt cinnamon and sugar together. Let mixture rest about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse cherries, pat dry and tie cherries together in bunches of 4 or 5 by the stems with kitchen twine.

3.

Heat clarified butter in a frying pan. Dip cherry bunches in batter. Fry in hot butter until golden brown. Drain, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
