- 400 grams Sandwich bread (such as wholemeal)
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Lettuce (such as Lollo Biondo)
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 250 grams Turkey breast cold cuts
- 200 grams sliced Black forest ham
- 150 grams Cheddar cheese (in slices)
- 4 Cornichons
- 4 Maraschino cherry

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the sandwich bread on a machine. Rinse and core the tomatoes and cut into slices. Rinse the lettuce and spin dry.
2.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of half the slices of bread. Top a coated slice of bread with a lettuce leaf, 2-3 slices of turkey breast and 2 tomato slices.
3.
Top with an uncoated slice of bread, a slice of lettuce, 2-3 slices of ham and a slice of cheese. Repeat the stacking twice.
4.
Thread a cornichon and a maraschino cherry on a skewer and push it into the sandwich to hold the sandwich in place.
