- 1 kilogram large waxy potatoes
- 1 ½ liters Frying oil
- salt
- 4
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 100 grams Ketchup
- Curry powder

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the sausages slowly in hot vegetable oil until golden brown, 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Prepare fryer and heat frying oil to 170°C (approximately 325°F) in a sufficiently large saucepan (the oil is hot enough when bubbles appear on a wooden spoon handle when it is submerged in the oil).
3.
Peel the potatoes, cut into sticks and dry well.
4.
Fry the potato sticks, in batches, until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Drain, season with salt and immediately serve with the sliced sausage. Serve with ketchup and sprinkled with curry powder.
