- 4 ½ cups Melon (flesh)
- 1 small Cucumber (peeled, seeds removed and cut into chunks)
- sugar (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups Ice
- To decorate
- Melon Ball
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2.
Add the ice and blend until smooth and slushy- making it as thin or as thick as you like. Decorate with melon balls and serve immediately.
