- 8 slices Toast
- 4 stalks Dill
- 1 small Cucumber
- 80 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 200 grams Smoked fish (such as trout or mackerel)

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the slices of bread. Rinse the dill, shake dry, pluch leaves and chop.
2.
Rinse and thinly slice the cucumber.
3.
Blend the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and chopped dill until combined. Spread onto the toast slices.
4.
Place some of the cucumber slices and smoked fish on top of half of the toasts. Sandwich with the other slices of toast. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve.
