Preparation steps

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and white ribs, and finely dice. Rinse and trim the radishes. Thinly slice a quarter of the radishes. Coarsly grate the remaining radishes. Rinse the dill, shake dry and finely chop.

In a bowl, stir the bell pepper with the grated radishes, dill, quark and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse the cucumber and peel strips lenthwise along the cucumber. Cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) pieces. Use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out the cucumbers. Fill with the quark mixture and garnish with the radish slices.
