- 3 Ice cubes
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- Sea salt
- 1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the cucumber and remove the ends. Coarsely chop, and add to a blender with the ice cubes and the yogurt. Puree finely, and add a little water if the mixture is too thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper, mix again, then pour into glasses. Garnish with a straw and serve.
