300 grams Celery
150 grams Sorrel

150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp Safflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the cucumbers, celery and sorrel.

2.

Set aside 4 small celery tops with the leaves. Cut the remaining celery stalks and cucumbers into pieces. Juice the cucumbers and celery in a juicer. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Shake the sorrel dry and puree with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Pour the finely crushed ice into glasses. Spread the sorrel yogurt between the glasses and carefully pour in the cucumber and celery juice. Sprinkle with a little oil and serve garnished with celery.
