- 1 Cucumber
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 stalks Celery
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped)
- 500 grams Roast beef (sliced)
- 200 grams Anchovy fillet (fresh or frozen)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel cucumber and cut into thin slices. Season with salt and set aside. Rinse celery, trim and cut into slices. Chop some of the celery leaves.
2.
Peel onion and chop finely. For the salad dressing, mix 50 ml (approximately 3 1/2 tablespoons) of water with lemon juice, vinegar and sugar. Add diced onions. Drain cucumber slices slightly and mix with celery and the salad dressing. Sprinkle with parsley leaves and celery leaves.
3.
To serve, spread salad on plates, arrange beef slices on salad and top with anchovy fillets and chopped egg.
