600 small, new potatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp Peanuts
half a Limes (juiced)
2 Tbsps light sesame oil
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the cucumber, half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Transfer to bowls.

2.

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into very fine strips.

3.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

4.

Chop the peanuts very finely.

5.

Combine the garlic, the peanuts, the lime juice and the sesame oil and mix well. Drizzle over the cucumber and serve garnished with bell pepper strips and mint.
