- 1 Cucumber
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 red onion
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 5 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps roasted Peanuts

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and halve the cucumber. Remove the seeds and coarsely grate.

Mix the rice vinegar and sugar together. Rinse and halve the chilis. Remove the seeds and membranes, and finely chop. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix together the vegetables, then stir in the fish sauce. Add the rice vinegar mixture, and thoroughly combine.
3.
Roughly chop the peanuts, then add to the vegetable mixture. Season to taste, transfer to a bowl, and serve.
