- 2 Tbsps mint (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- 1 pinch ground paprika
- 300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Mix the cucumber with the mint, cumin, and the yogurt.

Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Garnish sprinkled with the paprika, and serve.
