- 2 ripe Pear (peeled, cored and diced)
- 2 ripe Peaches (peeled, stones removed, diced)
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 walnut-sized ginger (peeled and grated)
- 2 ⅔ cups Yogurt
- ¼ cup cream (30% fat)
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the fruit with the sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice.

Mix the ginger with the yogurt, cream, honey and the remaining lemon juice. Add the fruit and serve in bowls sprinkled with cinnamon.
