Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cucumber and cut into pieces. Peel avocados, remove pits and cut into pieces. Rinse chile pepper, trim and cut into rings. Rinse the cilantro leaves and shake dry.

2.

Put all prepared ingredients in a blender with the apple juice and the lime juice and puree. Pour in a little cold water (about 250 ml/approximately 1 cup) to adjust consistency. Serve in chilled glasses.
