1 lemon (juice)
300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and coarsely. Rinse the mint and lemon balm, pat dry and coarsely chop the leaves. Cut the avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out the flesh. Place the cucumber, herbs and avocado in a blender along with the lemon juice and yogurt. Begin blending and slowly pour about 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) into the blender until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour into glasses and serve cold.
