Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze lemon and reserve juice. Peel banana and slice finely. Peel apples, cut into quarters, remove cores and cube. Mix apple pieces with banana slices and lemon juice.

Rinse parsley, shake dry and chop leaves.

Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into bite size pieces. Place 3 pieces of cucumber on 4 wooden skewers.

Place apple mixture, remaining cucumber, parsley and ice in a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached and pour into 4 glasses. Fill to taste with mineral water and garnish with a cucumber skewer to serve.
