Cucumber and Sausage Sandwiches
Mix crème fraîche with mustard. Trim frisee lettuce, rinse, tear into small pieces and spin dry. Rinse cucumber and cut into slices. Rinse dill, spin dry and chop coarsely.
Spread black bread slices with the mustard mixture. Top 4 slices of bread with capers, frisee lettuce, cucumber, dill and sausages. Cover with the remaining bread slices. Slice sandwiches in half and secure with wooden skewers.
