2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, chives)
½ Cucumber
4 slices tramezzino (about 20 x 23 cm)
120 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the ricotta with lemon juice and herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the cucumber, cut lengthwise into strips and cut the strips into thin slices.

Spread the ricotta mixture thinly over the bread slices.
