- 2 White sausages
- 2 scallions
- 4 Radish
- 2 Tbsps Mustard (for white sausage)
- 4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 5 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- Freshly grated peppers
- 2 Pretzel
- 2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Remove skins from white sausages and cut into small cubes. Rinse scallions, clean and cut into diagonal rings. Rinse radishes and cut into slivers. For the dressing, mix mustard, vinegar, 3 to 4 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper. Stir everything together and season to taste.

Preheat broiler.

Slice pretzel bread. Brush on both sides with oil and place on oven rack. Toast until golden brown on both sides under the hot broiler. Peel garlic and cut in half. Remove crostini from the oven and rub garlic cloves against the surface of the bread. Place sausage salad on top and serve immediately.
