- 4 slices Bread (such as rye bread; about 120 g)
- 2 stalks parsley

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and slice the scallions. Rinse and trim the radishes. Halve the radishes and thinly slice.

Mix the quark with the yogurt until smooth. Add the radishes and scallions, then season to taste with salt and lemon juice.

Spread the cream mixture onto the bread. Rinse and dry the parsley. Remove the leaves, garnish the bread with the leaves, and serve.
