40 grams butter
150 grams Feta
50 grams Hard cheese (such as Graviera)
1 hard-boiled egg
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) convection.

Melt the butter. For the filling: Crumble the feta into a bowl. Cut the hard cheese into small cubes. Peel the egg and finely chop. Add the diced cheese, egg, cream and herbs to the feta and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the dough into strips (about 7 x 20 cm) (approximately 3 x 8 inches) and brush with melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling on the end of each strip and fold up into triangles. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with butter and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
