Yogurt is a proven probiotic which is good for gut health, but also tastes great.
The creamy yogurt with berries is perfect both as a light dessert and as a little treat for in between. If you would like to make a satisfying and healthy breakfast out of it, garnish the berry yogurt with some wholemeal flakes and nuts of your choice.
