- 3 cans Tuna (packed in oil, about 185 grams)
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 50 milliliters fish stock
- 1 bunch scallions
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- Grissini
Preparation steps

Drain tuna and flake with a fork. In a bowl, mash tuna with creme fraiche, sambal oelek, lime juice and fish stock. Rinse and trim scallions. Chop white parts of scallions and thinly slice scallion greens crosswise.

Stir chopped scallions with tuna mixture and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle with scallion greens and serve with Grissini.
