2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
50 grams Salmon caviar
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the eggs for 7 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Cut the tops of the eggs off and scoop the inside into a bowl. Mix the creme fraiche and half of the salmon caviar. Season with salt and pepper and spoon back into the egg shells. 

2.

Garnish with the remaining salmon caviar and dill sprig. Serve immediately.
