Put the blueberries and a splash of water into a small pan. Heat gently until boiling and stir for a couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and then roughly crush the berries using the back of a spoon. Put to one side.
Heat the milk in a small pan. Add the semolina and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring frequently until the desired consistency is reached. Add a little more milk if necessary. Cool.
Serve the semolina topped with the blueberries and stir gently.
