- Chives (1 bunch)
- 2 bunches parsley
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 1 shallot
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 red Bell pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse herbs and shake dry. Put aside 15 small pieces of dill for garnish.
2.
Chop herbs roughly and puree with the cream with an immersion blender.
3.
Peel and chop shallot. Mix herbs, cheese, shallot and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4.
Cut cucumber slices diagonally, making 15 pieces. Top each slice with a spoonful of herb and cheese mixture.
5.
Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Garnish the cucumbers with pepper slices and dill. Serve.
