- 500 grams Fruit (Preferably berries such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries and plums)

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk quark with powdered sugar. Whip cream and gradually add vanilla sugar. Fold cream into quark mixture and spread in ramekins.

Rinse and clean berries. Rinse, halve and pit plums and cut into small pieces.
3.
Combine raspberry syrup and 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and add fruit, toss for 2 seconds. Spread fruit on cream and sprinkle with crumbled meringue. Serve immediately.
