1 onion
1 Tbsp butter
800 milliliters Vegetable broth
150 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Rinse the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Cut the stalk into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and carrots and dice. Peel the onion, chop finely and sauté in a pan with melted butter.

Add the vegetables to the onion. Add the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Add the cream, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Bring the soup back to a simmer. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with dill.
