- 2 cups frozen Broccoli (chopped; thawed and drained)
- 2 cups frozen Cauliflower (chopped; thawed and drained)
- 1 large Tomato (washed; seeded and roughly chopped)
- 1.333 cups canned Cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Garlic salt
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, soup, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt and black pepper. Gently stir to incorporate. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased ovenproof casserole dish.

Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
