- 400 milliliters Apple juice
- 400 milliliters Cabbage
- 400 milliliters black Currant juice
- 75 grams Instant gelatin (cold water soluble)
- 9 Soccer baking cups
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the gelatin with the 3 separate juices in 25 g portions (approximately 1 ounce).
2.
Distribute the yellow, red and black fruit jello mixture into 3 jello molds and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Turn out onto a plate and serve garnished with little footballs.
