1 cup Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach leaves, shake dry and set some aside for the garnish. Finely chop the rest.

Separate the garlic cloves and crush into the yogurt. Mix in the cream and the spinach and season the soup with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Transfer to a small bowl and serve garnished with spinach leaves and Ajvar.
