1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
500 grams Peas
750 milliliters Vegetable broth
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
100 grams cream cheese
salt
1 splash lemon juice
4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat) (for garnish)
4 sprigs Ground elder (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the onion and the garlic clove, chop finely and saute in hot oil until translucent. Add the peas and deglaze with the broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Then puree and strain through a sieve. Add in the yogurt and cream cheese. Season with salt, lemon juice and pepper. Place in the freezer about 30 minutes so soup will be very cold.

Season the soup again, divide among  and serve garnished with giersch.
