Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cucumber, cut 12 thin slices for garnish and set aside. Peel remaining cucumber and purée along with kefir in a blender. Season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with cucumber slices.
