1 little green chili pepper
1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the coconut in 4 tablespoons of warm water, until the water turns reddish pink. Peel the garlic, pass through a press, and mix with the coconut milk, the coconut, and some salt. 

2.

Rinse the chili and slit lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes, and cut into thin slices. Mix the chili and cilantro into the drink. Make sure the drink is well chilled before serving. The drink goes will served well with rice dishes or fish dices.
