2 garlic cloves

3 Tbsps White vinegar
½ tsp Caraway

Preparation steps

1.

Cut beet into slices and place in a bowl. Peel shallots and garlic. Cut shallots into fine rings, chop garlic finely. Mix oil and vinegar. Add shallots and garlic, add cumin, salt and pepper to taste and mix everything. Add the finished dressing to the beet.

Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Add parsley over the beet salad classic and serve.
