- 3 cups vegetable stock
- Basil (chopped)

1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 2 Bowls, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 mittelgroßer Pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Large knife, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Bowl, 1 breiter Pot mit Deckel (ca. 28cm Ø), 1 Steamer basket, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small bowl
Preparation steps
1.
Divide the butter and onion between four large microwaveable mugs. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, and then carefully remove.
2.
Divide the lemon juice and zest, rice, and stock between the mugs. Stir well and microwave on high for 12 - 15 minutes until the rice is tender. Microwave for a further 2 - 3 minutes if not ready.
3.
Carefully remove from the microwave and stir in the basil. Season to taste before serving.
