- 5 sheets gelatin
- 300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 grams Quark
- 1 generous pinch Lemon peel
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 centiliters Limoncello
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- For garnishing
- Edible flowers (to taste)
- chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps
1.
Line the edges of four serving ramekins (each about 200 ml) (approximately 3/4 cup) with baking paper strips so that strips are about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) higher than ramekins.

Soften gelatine in cold water. Combine yogurt with quark, lemon juice, zest and sugar until smooth. Squeeze gelatine and dissolve with Limoncello in a saucepan on low heat. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt cream and mix well. Add remaining yogurt cream. Whip heavy cream, fold into yogurt cream and spread mixture into four ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
3.
Decorate with edible flowers and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve.
