1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fork, 1 Sieve, 1 Wooden spoon

Preparation steps

1.
Wash the lemons with hot water and rub dry.
2.
Remove long wide strips of peel from three or four of the lemons with a peeler. Slice these long, wide strips into very thin strips.
3.
Squeeze all the lemons.
4.
Put the juice and lemon peel into a large pot, add the preserving sugar and stir well.
5.
Bring to a boil, over high heat stirring constantly.
6.
Bring to a roiling boil and continue cooking and stirring for 4 minutes longer.
7.
Fill the bottles to the brim and close tightly.
