1 Red mullet fillets (about 400 grams approximately 14 ounces)
1 Orange (fresh)
4 kaffir Lime leaves
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
4 centiliters Orange liqueur
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fish and pat dry.

2.

Zest the orange and cut horizantally into thick slices.

3.

Season the inside and outside of the fish with salt and pepper, and stuff the fish with half the orange zest.

Line the orange slices on a piece of aluminum foil and place the fish over them. Top with the kaffir lime leaves, sprinkle with the remaining zest and drizzle with a little oil. Turn up the edges of the aluminum foil and pour the orange liqueur over the fish. Fold the foil over the fish and seal the edges. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes.
