- 3 Tbsps Oil
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 red chili peppers (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp red Curry paste
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander (crushed)
- 28 ozs beef Steak (cut into chunks)
- 4 Tomatoes (skinned and chopped)
- 2 cups Beef stock
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 Limes (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large pan and gently fry the onions until soft but not brown.
2.
Add the chilli pepper, curry paste and garam masala, cook for 2 minutes stirring all the time then add the coriander seeds and the beef.
3.
Brown the meat on all sides then add the chopped tomatoes and beef stock. Season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for 1 1/2 hours, stirring from time to time. You may need to add a little water during the cooking to prevent the dish becoming dry.
4.
Serve the curry garnished with the almonds and lime wedges.
