100 grams Sour cream
3 Tbsps Cognac
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsps cocoa powder
2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the sour cream. Chop the chocolate. Mix the chocolate into the sour cream and stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the cognac and butter. Let cool, but do not let harden.

Pour into a large, shallow dish and freeze.

Spread the cocoa powder and powdered sugar on flat plates.

4.

Use cool hands to form small balls of the chocolate mixture. Roll half in the cocoa powder and the other half in the powdered sugar. Serve cold.
