3 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
¼ cup butter
3 Tbsps Golden syrup
1 ½ cups Corn flakes
To decorate
sugar mini eggs

Preparation steps

1.
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Melt the chocolate, butter and syrup in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Stir and remove from the heat.
3.
Stir in the cornflakes and stir well until coated with the chocolate mixture.
4.
Spoon mounds onto the baking trays. Decorate with mini eggs and leave to set.
