Chocolate Macadamia Cakes

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line the tin with grease-proof paper.
Mix together the nuts, milk chocolate and around half of the white chocolate. Melt the remaining white chocolate with the butter in a pan over a low heat, then leave to cool slightly.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter. Mix together the flour, cornflour and baking powder and quickly work to incorporate into the mixture. Finally, fold in the nut and chocolate mixture. Spoon into the tin, smooth flat and bake in the oven for around 35 minutes (cocktail stick test).
Cool completely then cut into squares and serve.
