cup cream (48% fat)
0.333 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
To serve
Banana (cut into chunks)
Strawberries (halved)
Marshmallow

Product recommendation
Variation: use 2 tablespoons orange juice instead of vanilla extract. Serve with chunks of melon, orange segments, cherries or cubes of sponge cake.

Preparation steps

Put all the ingredients into a pan and heat very gently until the chocolate and sugar have melted. Stir gently until smooth.
2.
Pour into a chocolate fondue pot and keep warm over the burner. Serve with the bananas, strawberries and marshmallows speared on fondue forks.
