- ½ l milk
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 2 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 80 grams sugar
- 100 grams Dark chocolate
- sugar (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps
1.
Pour the milk into a saucepan. Slit the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds and add to the milk. Slowly bring the milk up to a boil. Chop the chocolate and stir into the milk until melted. Remove from the heat.

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, eggs and sugar for 10-15 minutes until light and creamy. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk and slowly stir in the egg cream.

Beat the entire mixture over a low-boiling water bath for about 15 minutes, until the cream has become really thick. Pour the chocolate cream into 4 serving bowls and chill. Serve sprinkled with sanding sugar.
