Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the strawberries and drain well. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a hot water bath. Stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is smooth.
2.
Immerse the dry strawberries halfway into the melted chocolate. Drain and dry on a piece of parchment paper. Serve at will.
