Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries and pat dry with paper towel. Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Insert toothpicks into the strawberries and immerse halfway in the liquid chocolate. Set on parchment paper to cool. Do not place in the refrigerator. Serve once the chocolate has solidified.
