- 100 grams Milk chocolate couveture
- 100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
- 60 grams Walnut
- 60 grams Macadamia Nuts
Preparation steps

Coarsely chop the chocolates. Melt 2/3 of the chocolate over a hot water bath. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Distribute the macadamia nuts and chopped walnuts in a candy mold.

Stir the remaining chopped chocolate into the melted chocolate until completely dissolved. Spread over the nuts. Let the chocolate harden completely before serving.
